If you're unsure how to add us, please use the Upload Documents form on the home page and upload:

• Your Driver’s License

• Your Social Insurance Number (SIN)

✔ Ensure the address on your ID is current
✔ All information must match CRA’s records exactly

Once we receive your documents:

1. We will submit an authorization request through CRA on your behalf

2. Log in to your account and accept it OR we can email you a secure form to e-sign

3. Once you accept/sign, we will finalize the authorization
    

Why is this required now?
CRA has changed their rules and no longer allows tax professionals to authorize clients directly through their software. To keep your return moving smoothly, authorization must now be completed first. This ensures we can download your tax slips, verify accuracy, and make sure nothing is missing
